As a part of the Youngsun Chemicals Corporation, Cong Ty TNHH Lionas Metals (“Lionas Metals”) is a manufacturing facility and exporter of ferro-silicon products located in Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam. The factory was initially built in 2013, and was refitted to produce ferrosilicon since 2019. Our products are exported to clients across Japan, South Korea, the U.S., Europe, and Taiwan. Currently, our facility includes a 16,500 kVA electric arc furnace and 2 intermediate frequency furnaces. We have an annual capacity of over 15,000 Mt of low-Al / high-purity ferro-silicon, with the ability to tailor product specs to our customers’ requirements.

With continued investments from our controlling shareholder, Youngsun Chemicals Group, we are constructing a Phase II expansion project, which includes an additional 16,500 kVA electric furnace that will double our production capacity. The Phase II project is scheduled to commence by mid-2024.

We offer low-Al / low-Ti / low-C / Low-Ca ferro-silicon products, with the ability to flexibly cater our product specs to our clients’ requirements.
